As a Dental Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for verifying Dental insurance coverage, processing Dental insurance claims, and ensuring accurate billing and coding practices. This is a vital role in our Dental office, as you will play a key part in ensuring that our patients receive the necessary insurance coverage for their medical services.

Responsibilities:
- Verify patient Dental insurance coverage and eligibility
- Process Dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current Dental coding guidelines and updates
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any coding or billing issues
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Communicate with Dental insurance companies to resolve claim denials or discrepancies
- Assist patients with Dental insurance-related inquiries and provide necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Dental insurance claims and payments

Requirements:
- Familiarity with Dental insurance verification processes
- Proficient in using Dental office software and electronic health record systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
